Ingredients:Refresh Your Summer da CAPO VATICANO_medium

3 cl Vecchio Amaro del Capo

3 cl Liquorice Caffo

3 cl Acqua Tonica

Decoration: Serve with fresh mint

Preparation: Serve in a Highball glass

Calabrian Buck

Ingredients:Calabrian Buck da PARIGI_medium

3 cl Vecchio Amaro del Capo

3 cl Cognac VSOP

2 cl Fresh lemon juice

12 cl Ginger Beer

Decoration: a slice of cucumber

Preparation: Serve in a Highball glass

3 cl Red Vermuth

3 cl Gin

1 cl Falernum

1 cl grenadine

Decoration: dried apple and a little slice of red sweet chili pepper

Preparation: Shake all the ingredients with ice and serve in an ice cup

Capo Tonic

Ingredients:Capo Tonic da BRASILIA_medium

2,5 cl Vecchio Amaro del Capo

10 cl Tonic

1 cl Lime Juice

Decoration: a slice of lime and orange

Preparation: Serve in a Highball glass

Del Capo Smash

Ingredients:Del Capo Smash da CARACAS_medium

4 cl Vecchio Amaro del Capo

2 cl 17 year aged Rum

1 cl Lemon Juice

1 cl Sugar Cyrup

4 Thin slices of fresh pineapple

Peparation: Crush the pineapple and shake all the ingredients with ice, serving in a frozen cup

Ticket to Limbadi

Ingredients:

5 cl Vecchio Amaro del CapoTicket to Limbadi da PECHINO_medium

3 Pieces of fresh mint

2 cl Yellow grapefruit sorbet

1,5 cl Lemon juice

2 cl Chinotto

2 Drops of Orange Blossom

8 cl Cider

Decoration: Orange peel, “bouquet” of mint twigs, icing sugar

Preparation: shake all the ingredients with ice and serve in a cup with a spoon of Shakerare tutti gli ingredienti con ghiaccio e versare in una tazza con un cucchiaio di julep

White del Capo Russian

Ingredients: 

4 cl Amaro del CapoWhite del Capo Russian da MOSCA_medium

2 cl Vodka

2 cl Coffee liqueur

5 cl Cream

5 cl Milk

1 stick of cinnamon

Cinnamon powder

Orange Peel

Preparation: shake with ice Amaro del Capo, Vodka, Coffee liqueur and pour it in a tumbler glass with ice. Shake milk and cream with ice, pour it in the glass without mixing

Momo’

Ingredients: Momo’ da CATANZANO_medium

2 cl Vecchio Amaro del Capo

2 cl Red Bitter

10 cl Soda Water

Decoration: garnish with pineapple cubes with grated spicy chili peppers

Preparation: Serve in a Highball glass

Capo Mandarin

Ingredients:Capo Mandarin da PALERMO_medium

4 cl Vecchio Amaro del Capo

1 fresh mandarin

1 cl Lemon Juice

1 cl Sugar Cyrup

Decoration: dill

Preparation: crash the mandarin and shake all the ingredients with ice, pouring in a frozen cup

Capo Sour

Ingredients:Capo Sour da NEW YORK_medium

5 cl Vecchio Amaro del Capo

1/2 Lime

1 cl Tonic

Decoration: Lime Peel

Preparation: Crumble the lime and shake with Amaro del Capo and with ice, pouring in a Tumbler glass adding some Tonic
