There’s no life before coffee! If you, like me, live by this rule than you probably also appreciate an afternoon coffee delight. For today’s cocktail suggestion we do it a bit differently. Mixologist Jacques Bezuidenhout put a Mexican twist to an Italian speciality. Cafe Pacifico is a delicious coffee drink containing a sip of Partida Tequila, a touch of sweet cinnamon sugar and heavy cream topping.
1 ½ oz Partida Blanco
¾ oz Kahlua
1 ¼ oz Espresso (Make 10 mins before and let cool)
1 Bar Spoon Cinnamon Sugar Mix – 4 parts granulated sugar to 1 part cinnamon powder.
Shake and strain ingredients into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with sprinkle cinnamon sugar.
