The Lowlands Highball
Paying homage to our historic Cameron Bridge Distillery, this libation is utterly quaffable and refreshing with a sense of intrigue. Playing off the rich grain characteristic in HAIG CLUB, hints of yellow flower and yuzu shine through. The port-pomegranate ice evolves the cocktail with hints of berry and tannin.
Flavor profile: bright and refreshing, with hints of mild flowers and light bitter notes but still with a strong base of refined HAIG CLUB.
