Sportswear We Can’t Live Without: Isaora

Is there anything better than your favorite pair of sweats?  No, the answer is definitely no.  And while we bring you new options for custom shirts and suits for ridiculous prices on a daily basis, there is no denying that more often than not we’re all in our comfortable gear over a suit and tie.

But what makes sweats and sportswear socially acceptable?  Where is the line drawn between fashionable casual wear and George Costanza?  We could go back and forth on this for hours.  Is it the fit?  The material?  The name?

Let’s go ahead and just save you some time.  If you want some dope workout gear, or some badass sportswear to lounge around the house and run errands in, check out Isaora.

If you’re an avid reader of Life, Tailored you’ve definitely seen bits and pieces of Isaora’s lines as of recent.  But today we want to highlight their newest sportswear line.  From welded running shorts, to no-sew micro-knit shirts, this line is unparalleled by competitors.

We wanted to truly put these pieces to the test, so we brought them with us to the Dominican and Casa Kimball to see how they soak up our sweat in the sun, and block us from the wind during the storms– let’s just say we’re already looking forward to adding more of it to our closets.

The Micro-Knit No-Sew T-Shirt

Have you been looking for the most comfortable athletic shirt on the market?  This is it.  It’s light, it’s absorbent, it gives you free range of motion while hitting the gym, and best of all, it isn’t the bright florescent colors we see far too often in athletic gear.  It’s a shirt for a grown man who likes to be stylish and comfortable.

Priced at $85 and available in both navy and black, we suggest you get a minimum of at least one in each color.  But fair warning, once you buy this, you won’t want to wear any other shirt… ever.

Micro-Knit No-Sew T-Shirt, $85.

Bonded Sweatpants

In a time where slim fit sweatpants have become one of the trendiest things on the market, these take the win– and we’ve tried plenty.

Constructed in Italy with bonded polyester knit, these are the most technically advanced sweatpants you will ever own.  Aside from the fact they are ridiculously comfortable, they have a sense of practicality to them as well, with a reflective stripe running up the outside legs to keep you from being sideswiped in the middle of a nighttime run.

These pants offer just enough warmth when you need it, but don’t keep you sweltering during the summer.  Plus, they look fuckin’ cool.  Enough said.

Bonded Sweatpant V1. 2, $125.

Welded Running Shorts

The perfect workout shorts.  Lighter than air, as comfortable as you could ever ask for, and available in 5″ or 8.5″ so you can decide how much thigh you feel like showing.

The shorts are constructed of a nylon-stretch blend and cut using laser technology– because everything Isaora does is more advanced than you’d imagine.  There’s a mesh lining to keep everything in place during your run, and vented holes on the sides to give you a nice breeze.  If you’re a runner, or a gym rat of any kind you want at least one pair of these in your gym bag.

Welded Running Short, $95.

Xytlite Running Windbreaker

Now that you’ve found all your new gear, you definitely need something to go over the top of it.  This is what you need.  Hands down our favorite windbreaker we’ve seen in a long time.  It’s crazy light, and feels nothing like those cheap windbreakers you rocked in the 90’s.  It’s durable, stylish, water resistant, and made from Japanese nylon.

I challenge you to find a better windbreaker anywhere for any price, and can confidently say you will not succeed.  This is our new favorite lightweight jacket we’ve seen.  We liked them so much, in fact, that the entire Life, Tailored team owns one.

Grab yours now.

Xytlite Running Windbreaker, $165.

While we featured our favorites here, this is far from the entire amazing sportswear line now available at Isaora.  Head over to the Isaora website and check out the entire line for yourself.  Then buy each and every piece because they’re fucking amazing and you’ll love it all.  Seriously.
