Coolest Prints and Patterns for Fall 2014

As the days become chillier, street style gains a different appeal. Dull hues start overwhelming the cityscape and it can get a little tiring – fall may not be the brightest season, but that doesn’t mean your style has to go dreary! We are not saying you have to walk around in crazy colors and shirts so out there you don’t know where your hands should go, but still some excitement is due.  This fall, with the return of some very cool retro trends, we also see a lot of fun prints and patterns. The predominant theme of the Fall/Winter 2014 collections circles around two topics – geometrics and florals. These two print families are super exciting, very stylish and yet masculine.  So why not introduce some thrill into the season and turn a few heads with printed pieces? There is certainly plenty to choose from, but to make it easier for you we have selected our absolute favorite contestants in the race towards bringing a bit of spice into fall. Scroll down to choose the bold pieces that will best fit your style and personality.

Burberry has created a masterpiece dedicated to this season and its need for print. The outer portion of the trench coat is silk and the inner – cashmere. The fabrics alone draw you to the garment. The coat also features a pointed collar, waist tie, angled welt hand pockets and branded matte buttons.
