The Regal: Diner & Cocktail bar recently opened in Williamsburg, bringing brunch, dinner and late night dining, along with an extensive cocktail program to the neighborhood. The partners of Hotel Chantelle created a relaxed yet modern twist on a diner-cocktail bar concept and with Executive Chef Seth Levine’s menu of American bistro favorites and unique spins on classic diner staples, the diner will surely satisfy any type of craving.

With signature menu items such as the Tuna-Tartare Melt, Lucy’s Meatball, French Onion Soup-Grilled Cheese, and Spicy Fried Chicken Sandwich, guests can expect some of Levine’s innovative interpretations on diner food favorites. In addition to Levine’s menu, a robust cocktail program, curated by Beverage Director Steven Escobar, features 14 wines by the glass, 8 craft beers on tap and 22 specialty cocktails many using their barrel-aged spirits and fresh unique ingredients.

The Regal is located at 163 Hope Street in Williamsburg and is open four days a week until 2:00AM on Wednesdays and from 5:00PM – 5:00AM Thursday thru Saturday, with brunches on Saturday and Sunday 11:00AM – 5:00PM.
