There is no spirit with as rich and colorful a history as gin. The original spirit in some of the most famous cocktails (Martini, Negroni, and Gimlet to name a few), its versatility when it comes to flavor profile enhancement makes gin a bartender’s favorite. Recently, Tanqueray launched Bloomsbury, a new limited-edition gin based on an 1880s-era recipe created by the son of brand founder Charles Tanqueray. Last Word: created in 1922 at the Detroit Athletics Club, its popularity was revived in the early 2000s.

Classic Martini

Serve in Chilled Martini Glass

• 3 parts Bloomsbury Gin
• 1 part Dry Vermouth
• Shaken and garnished with lemon curl

South Side Fizz

Serve in Highball Glass

• 2 oz. Bloomsbury Gin
• 1 oz. lemon juice
• ½ oz. mint simple syrup
• Float Soda Water to finish
• Garnish with Mint leaves & Lemon Wheel

Savory Lemonade

Serve in Highball Glass

• 2.5 oz. Bloomsbury Gin
• ½ oz. Basil Simple Syrup
• 3 oz. Organic Lemonade
• Float Pellegrino Limonata to finish
• Garnish with Basil Leaf wrapped around lemon wedge
