So they began to source the best of the best ingredients. Named “ALLAIRE,” their first introduction is an unparalleled collection of Vodka, Tequila and Rum. Produced with these ideals, the trio of spirits are rooted in origins much like they consider themselves – held to the highest standards with the core foundation of quality, elegance and uniqueness.

This collection is the culmination of three long years of intensive research and named after their own private developments and reserves. Each spirit was carefully crafted, under the highest standards of taste, smoothness, clarity, purity and superb ingredient quality.

The uniqueness of the TEQUILA comes from only 100% select blue weber agaves that are slowly cooked to give a perfect balance of sweetness. Made in small batches and crafted free of any additives to respect its true essence. Aged in bourbon casks and filtered with an innovative process to give it a smooth agave flavor and characteristic crystal tone.

RUM from Barbados is considered by many the archetype to be taken as a reference point for others. Thier rum is the ultimate expression of excellence from the island. Aged for a minimum of 3 years in oak barrels and filtered with their proprietary method that gives it a beautiful crystal tone and enhances the sensory richness.
