When menswear icon Nick Wooster gets involved in designing you know you’re going to get something unique and the Greats + Wooster + Lardini is no exception. Nick loves slip on sneakers (so we named ours after him) and it was an obvious silhouette for Nick to work with. For the new Fall/Winter 2015 collection Nick chose four classic Autumn textiles from two of the best fabric makers in the world, Harris Tweed & Linton Tweeds. A military themed wool Harris tweed, Linton Tweeds hounds tooth, a premium black and white Linton tweed/boucle and for a pop of color hot pink Harris Tweed. He then positioned them in mismatched fashion with the left shoe being different from the right shoe. Each style sits atop an exaggerated Margom outsole adding a bit more height than Great’s traditional Margom sole.
