Made in Italy, Diemme footwear is a collaboration between two brothers Dennis and Maico Signor who have been manufacturing boots under Diemme name since 1992. But their love for footwear goes way back. Dennis started producing shoes in 1983, when he was only 13 years old. Following the footsteps of his grandfather, who has worked for years at one of Italy’s most famous shoe factories, Dennis has also crafted shoes for many high-end designer labels such as Maison Martin Margiela, Chanel, Gucci and Bottega Veneta.
As for Diemme it’s about channeling innovation and modern design. The collection of implacable made sneakers is creative enough to sit next to any designer label collection and still attract most attention. From pony hair slip-ons and velour hikers to antelope leather shoes Diemme might seem flash but underneath it all it lies an exquisite piece of footwear. Our favorites are the woven leather slip-ons, the peacock slip-ons and baby calf horsy sneakers.
