To make your Life, Tailored you need to start at the bottom – with a good and quality shoe. That why we’d love to introduce you to Ace Marks, an Italian artisan shoe brand, that’s handcrafted by a family of 4th generation master craftsmen.  It’s a $600 luxury shoe that goes for less than $200, something worth looking into, no?

This ultra-luxury dress shoe comes packed with features and is designed for comfort. They are handcrafted in Italy by using the absolute best materials out there, then put together with Blake flex stitch construction.

The Wing Tip Vincent  is a versatile shoe that works great any time of day. Whether you are getting ready for a Monday morning work meeting or you want to meet friends for a couple of cocktails at a trendy bar on a busy Friday night, you won’t be out of place if you’re wearing these. The old fashioned stitching and decoration bring that classical look to light while the leather contrasts for a newer and edgier look. This shoe retails at $295.  ace marks (3)

Everyone needs a good, solid penny loafer in their wardrobe, right? Made with richly oiled leathers, this quality shoe is a must-have for anyone seeking that casual, preppy style that penny loafers are so well known for. I recommend pairing this with a suit, but they’d also look great with a pair of jeans or khakis. This shoe currently retails at $295.ace marks (4)

This typically reserved shoe received a full makeover courtesy of Ace Marks. In addition to adding some color blocking in order to modernize the typically traditional look, Ace Marks has also paired leather with suede. This shoe is a perfect versatile shoe if you’re willing to take a chance on it — which you absolutely should. Right now, this shoe retails at $295.ace marks (5)

When people think Combat boots, they typically think of dark and mysterious. Well, combat boots are no longer reserved for punk rockers. With the Ace Marks combat boot, wearers will receive an authoritative, strong, powerful look. Combating (pun intended) materials really set this look apart from other boots on the market, and the broguing makes it a step above the rest. Wear these bad boys with a pair of dark colored jeans and you’ll be comfortable and fashionable. This shoe currently retails at $315.

Ace Marks vs Allen Edmonds: Which should I buy?

If you enjoy a good shoe like I do, you’ve probably heard of Allen Edmonds by now. Like Ace Marks, Allen Edmonds focuses on making quality, luxury shoes for men. Unlike Ace Marks, however, Allen Edmonds can be found in retail stores.

I have nothing bad to say about the Allen Edmonds brand. The American-made shoes are of exceptional quality and are a great addition to any wardrobe. That said, they are a bit more expensive than the Ace Marks shoe. A boot, for example, runs at around $450, which is $135 more expensive than the Ace Marks shoe.

If you want to go a cheaper route while still receiving exceptional care and quality, Ace Marks is the way to go without a doubt.

Where can I buy Ace Marks shoes?

Because Ace Marks is running a KickStarter campaign at the moment, you have a unique opportunity to buy some of their more expensive shoes at a discount if you choose to pledge to them. The combat boots, for example, are $315 if you purchase them directly from the Ace Marks website. If you pledge $245, however, you will receive that same pair of boots.

If KickStarter isn’t your thing and you’d rather pay a bit more and purchase directly from the site, all you have to do is head over to Ace Marks and start buying. The interface is easy to use and the purchasing process is a breeze.
