ShirtCycle: Our Favorite New Subscription + Promo Code

Shopping sucks.  Even for guys who like clothes, shopping sucks.  You work hard, you have little free time, and the last place you want to spend your day off is in a dressing room or waiting in line for a cashier at some price-gouging department store.

You’re a man.  You want the process of buying new clothes to be fast, simple, and to come with a 0% chance of having to return to the store only to wait in another line.  You want something that will fit perfect.  Every.  Single.  Time.

Wouldn’t it be nice if you had a personal stylist curate shirt fabrics and styles to match your look, lifestyle and workplace? Oh and if you could swap their recommendations out if you wanted so you’d only get shirts in a fit, fabric and style you want?  Leaving your shirts to fit like a glove every time.  That, my friends, is 100% possible thanks to ShirtCycle, and you can do it all from the comfort of your home or office.  This subscription custom shirt company takes all the hassle out of shopping and gives us the most convenient clothing experience imaginable.

Get Started With ShirtCycle

Getting started is just as easy as the rest of this seamless process.  Just head over to ShirtCycle.com/invite (and input the promo code “lifetailored”) where you can upload a photo of yourself along with your off-the-rack size.  This will be examined by one of ShirtCycle’s master tailors who create your measurements profile with your photo and off-the-rack sizes.

These guys have skills.

Once ShirtCycle thinks they have your fit down from your photo and initial sizes given, they will send you a free shirt for you to try out.  If the shirt fits, which it likely will, then that’s awesome and you just got a free shirt made exactly the way you want it.  If the measurements are slightly off, no worries, ShirtCycle includes a prepaid return label and will alter the shirt for free before shipping it back to you.

This is honestly the best process we’ve come across yet.  Not only does it work, but it is designed to make sure you leave the happiest customer possible, with a shirt that fits you exactly the way you want.

Your Free Shirt Fits… What Now?

Once you have confirmed your initial shirt fits the style guys at ShirtCycle will send you three shirts via email that they think would match your style.  If you like them, confirm the styles, add your monogram and other details, and they will start tailoring the shirts perfectly to you.  If you aren’t so sure about a style you can click the “swap shirt” button below the photo of the shirt you aren’t in to and swap it out for one of their other fabrics that better suits your taste.

Each 3 shirt box costs $250, which comes out to only $83 per shirt. How do you sell luxury custom shirts for $83? You verify the fit up front, isolate alterations to the first shirt and have zero returns.

Three weeks later three custom shirts will arrive at your door, and you’ll look and feel like a new man.  If you like the process –which you will, you can confirm the next box (they send curated styles every other month) and slowly (but effectively) build your closet into a perfectly custom wardrobe. You can request or skip a box at any time.

Of course we always want to save you a little cash whenever possible, so the nice folks at ShirtCycle helped us do that by offering promo codeLifeTailored” (promo code currently expired) which will give you $25 your first order.  Code expires 4/16/15
