Flying First and Business Class comes with many perks. Lounge access, champagne, lie-flat seats and fine dining are just some of the things you can look forward to if you fork out the cash on a premium ticket, or better still use air miles to score your ticket. Among these you’ll also receive a luxury amenity kit containing all sorts of goodies that will enable you to freshen up during the flight. British Airways

British Airways partnered with iconic British brand Liberty London for their First Class amenity kits, which contain skincare products provided by Aromatherapy Associates. The men’s wash bag features a black embossed textured exterior, with ‘Felix Raison’ paisley motif printed lining. Both the men’s and women’s wash bags feature a range of carefully chosen prints from Liberty London’s vast textiles archive, updated for the modern traveller.

Emirates

In December 2016 Emirates introduced a new range of amenities for business class flights, including wash bags by luxury Italian brand Bvlgari for long-haul overnight flights and the world’s first moisturising sleepwear designed for an airline. Let’s face it, the cabin environment can be pretty drying on the skin, so we like the sound of those.

The gent’s First Class kit bags are made from fine leather and come in four charcoal grey designs. Inside the bag you’ll find Bvlgari fragrance, Lynx deodorant, Gillette shaving foam, a razor, comb, tissues, toothbrush and toothpaste. Four additional men’s designs are available in Business Class.   

If that’s not enough, sleepsuits are also available that use Hydra Active Microcapsule Technology designed to keep skin hydrated during the flight. The patented technology uses billions of capsules applied to the fabric which gently releases naturally-moisturising Sea Kelp during movement.

Qatar Airways

The First and Business Class amenity kits on Qatar Airways are made by premium luggage designer BRICS and contain products from Italian skincare brand Castello Monte Vibiano Vecchio.

First class kits are designed in the style of BRICS’s Bellagio series bags and feature a high-tech shell design, contrast stitching, full grain leather inserts and Tuscan leather trim. It’s basically like a miniature BRIC’s bag to house your toiletries.    

The Business class amenity kits have been influenced by the brand’s Sintesis line of trolley bags and include innovative lightweight materials that combine functionality with style. The men’s kits come in two colours – either black or grey – so you can collect one on the way there and one on the way back.

First Class passengers are also provided with a Sleeper Suit designed by the White Company – the men’s version is designed in a charcoal grey marl.
