We visited Cafe Spaghetti on a Friday evening and were immediately blown away by the cozy ambience and friendly staff. It felt like dining with family, and we knew we were in for a treat. From the minute we walked in, the aroma of fresh pasta and rich tomato sauce filled the air, making our mouths water.
It feels like Southern Italy, but in Brooklyn.
There’s a vespa scooter in the middle of the al fresco dining room and all sorts of biodynamic wines if you know how to ask properly (ask for them, politely).
We ordered pretty much everything on the menu, my favorites are the crostini, spiedini (try it), and all of the pastas and/or seafood specials they have. They’re delish.
But the real highlight of the meal was the limoncello, a classic Italian digestif that’s perfect for rounding out any meal. It was the perfect end to a perfect meal.
