The Cooper Spirits Co., founded in 2006 by the late Robert J. Cooper, the grandson of a known great distiller, and an independent producer of innovative, integrity-driven fine spirits. The introduction of St Germain, which is an artisanal out of the elderflower blooms, helped in the founding of the company. Cooper Spirits is also the exclusive U.S. importer and sales arm for Illegal Mezcal. They produced them in fewer quantities in numbered bottles from 100 percent agave.
