Nuevo Old Fashioned
2 oz Maestro Dobel Anejo
.5 oz pineapple juice
.5 oz lemon juice
.5 oz vanilla syrup
1 dash angostura
Combine all ingredients over ice, shake and serve in coupe
Black Diamond Margarita
2 oz Maestro Dobel Diamante
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz Agave Nectar
Shake over ice, serve in rocks glass garnished with black volcanic sea salt
Churchill Martini
2 ounces Boodles Gin
.75 ounces Vermouth
Place a cocktail glass in the freezer to chill. Combine the gin and vermouth in a shaker, fill it halfway with ice, and stir vigorously until well chilled, about 20 seconds. Strain into the chilled glass and garnish with olive.
Sumac Surprise
2 ounces Boodles Gin
.75 ounces pomegranate juice
.25 ounces fresh lemon juice
.5 ounces sumac syrup *
1 dash grapefruit bitters
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker over ice and shake vigorously. Pour over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Add a splash of club soda. Garnish with a long lemon peel.
