Dobel Spicy Chill
Ingredients:
- 4 basil leaves
- 1 Serrano chili slice 1/4″ thick
- 2 oz Maestro Dobel Tequila
- 3/4 oz lime juice
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
Preparation:
1. In a pint glass (or mixing glass or cocktail shaker base), crack the chili with a muddler.
2. Add basil, then muddle or bruise
3. Add all spirits and mixers
4. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass
5. Garnish with Serrano chili slice and basil sprig
- 1.5 oz Maestro Dobel Tequila
- Half the juice of a lemon
- 1 tbsp. agave nectar
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients in shaker filled with ice, pour into chilled rocks glass, garnish with lemon wedge.
Blue Devil-Tini
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Maestro Dobel Tequila
- 1/2 oz Blue Curacao
- Splash of Tonic
Preparation:
Shake Dobel and Blue Curacao with ice. Strain into chilled martini glass. Add tonic and garnish with lemon wedge.
Spicy Piña Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 2 parts Dobel Diamond Tequila
- 2 parts pineapple juice
- .5 part simple syrup
- Splash of orange juice
- Slice of muddled jalapeño
- Jalapeño slice for garnish
Preparation:
1. Muddle slice of jalapeño and simple syrup in a mixing glass.
2. Add ice, tequila and juices.
3. Shake well.
4. Strain into highball glass filled with fresh ice.
5. Garnish with jalapeño slice.
