We found multiple flights departing San Antonio to Tokyo. We are highlighting the United Airlines flight for 88k points giving you $0.09 per point.
Naturally, we began our search with Japan’s 5 Star airline, ANA. ANA offers amazing service and supremely comfortable flights. Currently, they are not offering departing flights from San Antonio, so we renewed our search.
Next we searched American Airlines. A Business Class flight from SAT to Tokyo is pricing up at $8,875. Converted to points, this trip will cost you 120k points and a relatively low fee of $61.65. This option is giving you $0.074 per point. Overall, this is not a bad option but we kept searching.
Our search of United Airlines also netted an $8,875 flight. By shifting 3 days forward, we were able to drop that price down to $7,875. Persistence pays off! On a reward booking, this flight prices up to a mere 88k points plus a laughably low $5.60 fee. This flight is a winner and gives you $0.090 per point!
To redeem this flight, simply log in to your Chase Ultimate Rewards portal and book.
