We found several flights from the NYC area to Bangkok. We have three comparable options that could have you flying for as low as 80k points or only putting out a $95 fee per person.
We searched Ana Airlines and although the Business Class seats were all waitlisted, we found a $7,100 economy dream trip for 80k points plus a $218 fee per person. This option is giving you $0.089 per point. While this is not a Business Class option, Ana Airlines does provide exceptional service and this is a low points cost but with a slightly higher fee.
To redeem this flight, simply log in to your ANA mileage club and book your reward.
We searched United Airlines and found a $16,000 Business Class flight for 215k points plus $113 fee per person. This option is giving you $0.079 per point. This option will save you about half the fee but takes a hefty number of points to fly Business Class.

We searched United Airlines again for Economy flights to get the points and fees down. We discovered a $6,700 flight going for 95k points plus a $95 fee per person. This option is giving you $0.071 per point. Here you are taking a hit on the per points price but you are saving 40k points per person over the United Business Class. You are spending an additional 15k points per person over the Ana Air option but saving $123 per person on fees.
