Cheap Flights to Santorini
We found several flights to Santorini from LAX. We are highlighting the United Airlines flight for 70k points return in Business Class giving you $0.05 per point.
Fly Business Class to Santorini for 87.5k Points on American
We searched American Airlines and found a $4,150 flight for 87.5k points plus a ludicrous $1024 fee per person. While this option does allow you to book Business Class one way and Economy one way, the exorbitant fee makes it a very poor value.
Fly Business Class to Santorini for 70k Points on United
Next we searched United Airlines and found a great deal. A $3,480 round trip Business Class flight for 70k points and a nominal $22 fee giving you a solid $0.05 per point. We recommend flying United Airlines in Business Class both ways for 70k return per person. Whether you book one way or return, the points price remains 70k for Business Class and 30k for Economy. In booking Business Class to JTR and Economy back to LAX, you would pay 100k points. Flying Business both ways will save you 30k points.
How to Get 40k More Points to Use on United
Based on the current cards you have, our recommendation is to get the Chase United Explorer Card, which offers 2x points on United, hotel, and restaurant purchases, a pair of single use Club passes, and has a 40k mile sign up bonus after spending $2,000 within the first 3 months, for your Business Class round trip flight to Santorini .
To book this flight, simply log in to your Chase Ultimate Rewards portal.
