We dined at Blanca’s on August 2nd, and after enjoying the experience, we highly recommend putting this restaurant on your bucket list. We believe in value, and for your dollar, you cannot get a better all around experience than Blanca.

Blanca is literally in the backyard of Roberta’s, One Of the Best Restaurants in New York

Zagat rated them a 29 for food. The highest rating a restaurant can get (30 is impossible)

Blanca seats 12 people twice a day. Less than 1,000 people a month

Reservations must be made a month beforehand, and can be done with this link

The tasting menu costs $180 and comes with 27 courses

You can also get a wine pairing for $85 and pairs wine with every single offer; you should do this, but expect to be sloshed by the end

As a twist, the bread isn’t served until 90 minutes into the meal and is frickin’ awesome

The best dish served is the agnolotti pasta, it’s so good they only serve you a single piece

We recommend dining with a group of friends so you can experience the pure joy on their face as they eat each dish
