University of Cincinnati Police Officer Ray Tensing was indicted on Wednesday by a grand jury for the murder of Samuel DuBose during a routine traffic stop on July 19th. Former officer Tensing appeared in court for the first time today for his bail hearing, which was set at $1 million.
The courtroom was clearly pleased with this decision, clapping and cheering as the judge announced the set bail. A visibly nervous Tensing was lead out in handcuffs after pleading ‘Not Guilty’ to the charges.
