Proper Cloth’s new Fall/Winter collection is finally in and we couldn’t be more impressed! The fresh air of Mohonk Preserve served as an inspiration to the cobble stitch cashmere sweaters and knit cashmere ties. The textures of the environment consistently reflect the tactile fabrics they developed for the collection. You can spot the similarities in brick walls of a reclaimed 19th century factory to weathered wood barns to the large stones of the Croton Dam. Proper Cloth focused on incorporating fabrics that look understated at a distance but interesting up close. Like soft, fuzzy Italian flannel houndstooth shirts, subtle plaid ties with frayed tips and navy herringbone jackets. The Bonticou Peak collection is just perfect for the colder months ahead.
