3 cl Liquorice Caffo
3 cl Acqua Tonica
Decoration: Serve with fresh mint

3 cl Cognac VSOP
2 cl Fresh lemon juice
12 cl Ginger Beer

Ingredients:
4 cl Vecchio Amaro del Capo
2 cl 17 year aged Rum
1 cl Lemon Juice
1 cl Sugar Cyrup
4 Thin slices of fresh pineapple
Peparation: Crush the pineapple and shake all the ingredients with ice, serving in a frozen cup

Ingredients:
5 cl Vecchio Amaro del Capo
3 Pieces of fresh mint
2 cl Yellow grapefruit sorbet
1,5 cl Lemon juice
2 cl Chinotto
2 Drops of Orange Blossom
8 cl Cider
Decoration: Orange peel, “bouquet” of mint twigs, icing sugar

White del Capo Russian
Ingredients:
4 cl Amaro del Capo
2 cl Vodka
2 cl Coffee liqueur
5 cl Cream
5 cl Milk
1 stick of cinnamon
Cinnamon powder
Orange Peel
Preparation: shake with ice Amaro del Capo, Vodka, Coffee liqueur and pour it in a tumbler glass with ice. Shake milk and cream with ice, pour it in the glass without mixing

10 cl Soda Water
