A G’Vine Cocktail and Salad for Tonight’s Labor Day Party

This cocktail and salad combo will surely impress your guests.

G’INYARD

Ingredients:
5 Green Grapes
2 Italian Sweet Basil Leaves
1 ½ oz G’vine Gin
½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
¼ oz Simple syrup
½ oz Martini & Rossi Bianco Vermouth

Preparation:
Muddle the first four ingredients, add G’Vine, Vermouth, ice, shake, and strain through a fine mesh strainer into a martini glass. Garnish with an edible flower.

G’VINE RICE SALAD

Ingredients:
1 box wild grain rice
Handful of toasted pine nuts
Leftover basil leaves from G’inyard cocktail
Leftover grapes from G’inyard cocktail
1 Batch G’Vine Dressing (recipe below)
Shaved gruyere cheese

Preparation:
Combine first four ingredients in a large bowl. Toss with G’Vine dressing and top with shaved gruyere cheese.

*G’Vine Dressing
1 oz. G’Vine Gin
¼ oz. vermouth
½ oz. lime juice
1 oz. olive oil
