Pumpkin season is upon us and Halloween is now just a month away. To properly celebrate this season, full of rich flavors and changing colors, we mixed them together in three tasty cocktails. Think ingredients such as apples, pears, maple and ginger. These delicious drinks will warm you up and prepare for the shorter, colder days.

SPICY CUTTY PEAR COOLER
Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Cutty Sark Prohibition Edition
0.25 oz. Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur
0.25 oz. Lemon Juice
0.25 oz. Honey
2 oz. Ginger Beer
1/8th of a ripe Pear
Preparation:
In a mixing tin, muddle the pear with honey and lemon. Add the Cutty Pro and Ancho Reyes and shake. Double strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a pear slice.
CUTTY CIDER
Ingredients:
2.5 oz. Apple Cider
0.5 oz. Cutty Sark Prohibition Edition
0.5 oz. Cinnamon Schnapps
Preparation:
Mix apple cider, Cutty Pro and cinnamon schnapps. Shake with ice and pour into coupe glass.
MAESTRO DOBEL APPLE MARGARITA
Ingredients:
2 oz. Maestro Dobel tequila
1.5 oz. triple sec
2 oz. apple cider
Cinnamon + sugar for glass rimming
Apple slices for garnish
Preparation:
Combine ingredients over ice, shake & strain. Garnish rim with cinnamon, sugar and a couple of apple slices.
