Jennifer Sterger is a model and former online columnist for Sports Illustrated who first came to prominence as part of the FSU Cowgirls – a group of girls who wore skimpy clothes and cowboy hats to Florida State University football games. It was in 2005 that Brent Musburger saw her said, “1,500 red-blooded Americans just decided to apply to Florida State.”

Jenn Sterger Biography

Most recently, after Peyton Manning broke Brett Favre’s touchdown passing record, Jennifer Sterger tweeted “Hey Peyton, if that congratulatory text from ‘He shall not be named’ is an MMS…Prolly best to just delete that one.”

Of course, you may have also seen her in the pages of Playboy or Maxim. She landed gigs, too, as a spokesmodel for Dr Pepper and Sprint.

Born in Miami, Florida, she was raised near Tampa. While in high school at Gaither High School she was a drum major.

In 2009, Jenn Sterger had her breast implants removed, saying that they had served their purpose and she was tired of being stereotyped.

In 2010, a website reported that married player Brett Favre sent her suggestive texts while they were both employed by the New York Jets. He admitted to sending voicemails, but not images. She said after the story broke, “It’s never been my intention to ever play a victim in this whole thing…the hardest part about this whole thing is that I am a ridiculous person. I love to entertain people, and to say crazy things.” But she couldn’t because “I’m still the joke.”

Her gig at Sports Illustrated was as a columnist; she wrote a Wednesday feature on SI.com’s “Scorecard Daily.” She also co-hosted the Versus sports show “The Daily Line” in 2010. She now resides in Lutz, Florida and is currently single.
