Abbie Burrows was born in May 12 1984.  She is an IFBB Pro bikini competitor, fitness model and a mother. In 2008, she graduated at University of Wyoming with a degree in Biology and minor in Psychology. Burrows moved to Colorado to continue graduate school and there she spent a season joining the Denver Dream of the Legends Football League. She earned a large fanbase after joining especially from LFL.

Burrows entered her first competition in 2010 which is the NPC Colorado State. Even without training and experience, she took the overall award. Two months later, she joined the 2010 NPC Nationals and got in to first place and received her IFBB Pro Card.

 

She was qualified to join the competition for the Olympia.  Burrows has made a name in the fitness world and continues to shock the judges in the IFBB Pro Circuit.

 

She always finds a motivation to keep her lifestyle and to get on track. Her diet consist of meat, veggies, complex carbohydrates and healthy fats. She also drinks lots of water. She eats pizza on cheat days.

 

Abbie is currently living in Las Vegas with her busy schedule and raising her daughter, Tatum.
