Ronda Rousey is an absolute badass. Not only can she kick some major ass, but she can do it in record time, every time. She reaffirmed this to the world on Saturday when she took out Bethe Correia in 34 seconds at the UFC 190 title fight in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Rousey came out swinging hard from the first bell, and Correia didn’t stay on her feet nearly long enough to live up to the epic amount of shit she talked beforehand. A word of advice to the next lady brave enough to square up with Rousey: keep your mouth shut, an angry Rousey looks even scarier than the Rousey who kicked Turtle’s ass in the Entourage movie.

The first step: understanding the shape of your face, as it pertains to the glasses world. Here are the basic characteristics you need to know.

Square

  • Broad and wide jawline
  • Forehead and jaw are of the same width
  • Straight sides with a wide jaw

Round

  • The cheekbones are the widest part of your face
  • Round jawline
  • Softer facial features
  • Width and length of face is almost equal

Triangle

  • Widest part of the face is the jaw, and the face narrows as it goes up

Oblong

  • Narrow facial structure with a longer chin

Oval

  • Rounded jawline
  • Cheekbones are the widest part
  • Face is longer than it is wider

Diamond

  • Cheekbones are the most noticeable part of the face
  • Both forehead and chin are relatively narrow

Heart

  • Jawline is pointed with the forehead being the widest part of the face

Quick Pro Tip: If you’re still having trouble figuring out your face shape, look in the mirror and trace the outline of your face on the mirror’s surface with a dry erase marker. Seeing that outline will clarify things for you.

We talked to our favorite Paleo loving doctor and had him come up with 7 ways you can eat better without spending more. So sorry to break it to you, but you no longer have any excuses. Here are Dr. Anthony Gustin’s tips to fattening your wallet and shrinking your gut:

1. Buy in Bulk

Buy a ton of it and cook it up right away. This helps you make better decisions in the future, and saves you time in the kitchen.

2. Look for Local Ranchers

Find it local and grass fed, if you really want to save money get some health conscious and money savvy friends and go in on a 1/4 or a 1/2 a cow.

3. Farmer’s Markets

Find the right farmer’s market and you can get enough veggies to last yourself the full week for roughly $10. It’s cheap, it’s local, and it’s fresh– you seriously can’t go wrong.

4. Buy Only What’s On Sale

When you hit the grocery stores stay clear of the end caps and focus on the sale sections. Fruits, veggies, and meat are often on sale if you look in the right place. And you don’t need all that other shit anyways, right?

5. Don’t Buy Organic When it Isn’t Necessary 

A good rule of thumb– if it has an outer layer you don’t eat, like a banana or an orange, it doesn’t need to be organic.

6. Don’t Eat

An obviously choice (kinda), but a good one from time to time. Intermittent fasting can be a great tool to shed some pounds, but make sure you do it correctly.

7. Reduce Alcohol/Soda/Coffee/Milk Consumption

Water is free, plus it’s better for you. Leave the soda alone.
